Register NOW for the Next Class to be held
This unique and innovative “hands-on” photography workshop will be held in a small group format so you can get the benefit of both asking your own questions, and feeding off the input of other students as well as the instructor. Techniques will be explained step by step, so you can learn what is useful to you and your photography style.
This class is limited in size so that you will get the ONE-ON-ONE feedback that will help you learn these topics. No more wondering why an instructor uses certain confusing terms.
In this class . . . . . , YOU CAN ASK!
The Goal of Proper Photographic Lighting
The main objective of fine photo lighting is to make a three-dimensional subject appear as such (3D) on a two-dimensional piece of paper through predictable and repeatable control of tone and value. This class helps the student discover the process.
Lighting control is one of the most misunderstood and ignored elements of photography. Yet grasping the simple basics of lighting you will position yourself miles ahead of the others by the demonstration of better quality, increased creativity, more freedom and overall satisfaction in your photographic work.
However, we must tell you up front….
this is NOT an introductory class. Students will benefit most from this class if they know the basic use of f-stops, shutter speeds, various focal length lenses and exposure principles. These are intermediate portrait photography techniques aimed at the avid amateur photographer, the new or upcoming professional.
We will be using various studio lighting tools and techniques to give you ideas to make your photos look their best.
Bring your lighting questions to the workshop and learn from this award winning Photographic Master Craftsman.
Professional Photographers will invest many hundreds of dollars to attend a class of this caliber. Now is your opportunity to learn from a master of photography at a reduced price.

“Explanations were easy to understand. Lighting patterns were particularly interesting and will help me so much.” P.Hurley
“Wonderful! Fabulous! More than I ever imagined! Can’t wait for the next class.” T.Risovi (She’s already signed up for the next class)
“I really enjoyed the laid back style of the class. . . . . I liked that you could show us that we can do with our stuff, ‘normal’ stuff.” K.Kulzer
“Excellent! Craig does a great job of explaining complex concepts and terms in a way that everyone in the class can understand. Loved the explanation of Parabolic Lights, how they work and what they can be used for. K.Skager
I would like to say thanks for the lighting and exposure workshops on Saturday. By applying the basic’s of what I learned at your Training event has brought me to look at taking photos into a new light to not only capture the moment but also bring life and detail into my pictures.
Thanks
Ron
